Orders
Can I request specific flowers in an arrangement?
All arrangements are designer’s choice, crafted from our current in-shop selection. If you are looking for specific flower types or colors, our custom orders begin at $350 and require 24–48 hours’ notice, depending on the requested design and color palette. Curious about what’s blooming this week? Just give our studio a call!
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged or not looking its best, just give us a call so we can check it out and get a replacement to you as soon as possible. And if your flowers start wilting much sooner than the usual 5–7 days, let us know—we’d be happy to offer a replacement or credit for your next order!
What kind of vase will my arrangement come in?
Every arrangement comes with a unique vase made from glass, ceramic, or metal. If you have a particular style in mind, just reach out—we’d be happy to show you the options!
Where do you source your flowers?
We use local, seasonal flowers whenever possible to ensure freshness and support our community.
During off-seasons or when the Oklahoma climate limits availability, we partner with a local flower wholesaler to bring you the best blooms.
Do you do weddings and events?
Yes! You can view wedding and event flower details over at eversomething.com. Please inquire there and we will be happy to discuss your vision for you wedding or small event.
Subscriptions
Can I customize my subscription arrangement?
While subscriptions are based on our weekly floral selection, we focus on seasonal, garden-style blooms. The design can be customized to fit your unique taste and home style. Fully custom orders require advance notice.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime with advance notice. You’ll have account access to manage your subscription or contact us directly for assistance with any changes.
What if I need to skip or change a delivery?
We kindly ask for a week’s notice to cancel a delivery as we plan for our weekly flower order. To send your flowers to another address, please send us the updated address 24 hours before delivery. Communicate with us by emailing kayla@eversomething.com or call our studio at 918.361.4859.
Pickup & Delivery
What is your delivery radius?
Deliveries are available in Tulsa or within 20 miles from our studio. Contact us to confirm if your location is eligible.
What are your hours for delivery and pick up?
We offer two convenient pickup or delivery windows Tuesday through Friday: 10 AM–12 PM or 12 PM–2 PM. If you need a later time, simply let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
We pre-wash the clothes so you shouldn't experience a noticable shrinkage. That said, we still recommend washing in cool water to prevent any potential shrinkage.
When will my order be ready?
If you order is received by 5pm, it can be ready the following day by 10am. During your checkout process, you will pick a window of time from 10-12 or 12-2pm, Tuesday-Friday.
What if the recipient is not available to receive their flowers?
We typically reach out to the recipient before delivery to make sure they’ll be available to receive their flowers. Sometimes, if we can’t get in touch or the delivery is missed, a re-delivery fee may apply for the second attempt.
